of 2 of the spark plugs, therefore only 2 leads in total are required for this engine.

Please check your engine and model carefully because the earlier
1.6L KJ & KL Laser (1996-1999) have the older coil/distributor setup, which requires 4 leads!
If your vehicle has a coil pack or distributor, with 4 spark plug lead connections,
then this set is not correct, and you will need the 4 lead set.
This lead set will not fit 1.8L & 2.0L engines.
